Security and storage:
Electrical grade magnesium oxide powder is non-toxic and has a small amount of dust. It is recommended to wear masks and gloves during use. The product should be stored in a dry place, and it is recommended to use it within 12 months after leaving the factory.
1) Strong moisture resistance:
This type of product has a moisture-proof capacity of 1x106MΩ. After being exposed to moisture test (humidity 92% and temperature 50°C) for a long time for more than 72 hours without sealing, the insulation capacity has not decreased; strong moisture-proof ability can greatly improve the production cycle. To reduce the requirements of the sealing material, simply seal with ordinary silica gel.
2) Strong insulation capacity:
Even if it is used in electric heating components with low working temperature and very high insulation performance requirements; products of different specifications and grades can be selected according to the technical indicators of electric heating components.
3) This product has uniform color, beautiful appearance and low dust, which is beneficial to improve the environment of adding powder.
