Features and uses:
H series are high-temperature magnesium oxide powders with no silicon or light silicon surface treatment. According to various electrical performance requirements, they are divided into three grades and specifications. They are suitable for the production of different high-temperature air-fired electric heating elements and can withstand high-temperature heat treatment (such as annealing at 1050°C). It has excellent electrical properties, but does not have the ability to prevent moisture. The products must be sealed effectively in time after dehumidification.

Applies to:
Air-conditioning pipes, water heater pipes, single-head pipes, oven pipes, mosquito coil pipes, defrost pipes, washing machine pipes and other civil and industrial air-fired heating elements.

Security and storage:
Electrical grade magnesium oxide powder is non-toxic and has a small amount of dust. It is recommended to wear masks and gloves during use. The product should be stored in a dry place, and it is recommended to use it within 12 months after leaving the factory.

Special instructions for special high-temperature electrical grade magnesium oxide H series products:
Special high-temperature electrical grade magnesium oxide H series products are special high-temperature magnesium oxide products newly developed and produced by our company. It is suitable for the production of all air-fired electric heating elements under high temperature of 1200 degrees, and can withstand high temperature heat treatment (such as 1050 ℃ annealing). Compared with magnesium products, it has the following quality advantages:

1) Low magnetic content:
Most domestic manufacturers are between 200ppm and 600ppm, and the company's special high-temperature electrical grade magnesium oxide H series products are all ≤60ppm; lower magnetic content is conducive to improving the working life of the electric heating tube. According to the formal experimental test, the working life can be increased by 20% above.

2) Lower moisture content (LOl):
That is, the lower moisture content, domestic ordinary products are generally ≥0.08%, or even higher (above 0.1%), while the special high-temperature electrical grade magnesium oxide H series is only less than 0.04%. This index is conducive to the moisture removal treatment of electric heating elements. For long tubes, it can easily drain moisture and avoid tube expansion during heat treatment;

3) Lower hydration rate:
The lower the hydration rate of magnesium oxide, the lower the moisture absorption of magnesium oxide, which makes the moisture absorption rate of magnesium oxide slower.

4) Lower sintering index:
It is manifested in the electric heating tube that the degree of bending high pressure decline is small (compared with ordinary products), which is beneficial to improve the compressive strength of the electric heating element.

5) No organic impurities:
It can avoid the occurrence of carbonization and blackening of organic matter during the heat treatment process due to the organic impurities that may be entrained in the magnesium oxide.

6) Better electrical performance:
In general, compared with products of the same level, this product has better electrical performance; it is more effective when applied to a tube longer than 2.5 meters, and the insulation resistance and compressive strength have been significantly improved year-on-year.

7) This product has uniform color, beautiful appearance and low dust, which is beneficial to improve the environment of adding powder.
